Qualifications & Guidelines:

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID to adopt from Second Chance Shelter.  If you rent your residence you must have written permission from you landlord.

Before visiting the Shelter give some thought to what qualities you are looking for in a pet.  Dogs and cats come in all shapes, sizes, temperaments, and energy levels.  It's easy to choose a pet based on a cute face, but that isn't the best criteria for choosing a new family member.
